We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something is not quite right, please let us know about it and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return policy

• PLEASE NOTE: ANY ITEM RETURNED TO THE GOLD DUST ADDRESS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND UNLESS EXPRESSLY AGREED TO IN WRITING.
• After receiving the item,  if you are not satisfied for any reason, open a return request within 5-10 days. NOTE: some items are non-returnable so be sure to check item descriptions. 
• If eligible, refund will be given as money back, credit,  or item exchange (buyer's choice).
• Upon receiving your request to return or exchange, we will issue you a Return Authorization # and provide a return shipping address.  Because we ship direct from the manufacturers return addresses will vary from product to product.  The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Damaged boxes may be subject to a replacement fee. 
• Some items may require a 30% restocking fee. We will notify you as soon as possible or in the item listing if this is the case. 
• Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need to return an item, be sure to follow these item condition guidelines. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received the following 

• All packaging such as original unmarked boxes, bags, and tags
• Accessories such as cords and remotes
• Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards 
• "Free gifts" or bonus items
• All items included in a bundle
