Shipping Costs and Policies

• We strive to process and ship orders quickly and accurately. It is our policy to ship your order as completely as possible as soon as it is possible. Most orders received Monday through Friday, are shipped within a day.  Occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control that will delay shipping - please don't wait until the week of your show to order a pair of boots unless you have a back up plan.  Too many times that hasn't worked out and we feel really bad.  :(
  
  Orders are shipped the best way from many suppliers direct to you. Because we ship directly from the manufacturer, we do not have control over what service they use and their standard charges.  You may also receive products from different suppliers and that means we cannot always combine shipping - but will will try when possible. Shipping is a variable charge that fluctuates and is subject to change without notice. Some products are classified as "hazardous" by UPS, and a $28.50 Hazardous Surcharge (per shipper) will be added to the order total. Other products are over sized and require special freight. When this is the case we note the extra charge along with the price of the item  when possible. The additional charge will be automatically added to your total when you purchase those items. We will notify you if your shipping costs vary significantly prior to shipping.

• Prices are for Continental US - International will vary by location 
• Boots, Chaps, items over 5 Lbs but less than 15 -  $19.95  -$27.95
• Most Clothing items, 2-4 lbs $9.95 - $15.95
• Some smaller items Items, under 1 lb. $7.95
• English saddles $55.95-99.95
• Western Saddles  - $100-$199
• Bottle goods - Depends on weight and quantity
